This is a utility tool, which
helps the housekeeper keep track of linen in
use, in the laundry and in stock.
Room Inventory
An updateable list of the
current features in each room.
Room Status Report
At the press of a
button, it prints or shows the status of every
room in the hotel.
Room Status Chart
A floor plan of each
block of the hotel showing the state of each
room with the aid of colour codes.
Property Book
Keeps a list of properties
on the hotel site and keeps track of them.
Room Change
A list of guests, who had
their rooms changed within a specified period of
time. It also displays the two rooms and reason
for the change.
Maintenance Report
A list of faults
detected and reported, date reported, location,
tells if the fault has been rectified and when
it was rectified.
Job List
A list of items that needs to
be replaced or repaired. When an item is
replaced or repaired it is removed from the job
list while the rest is carried over to the next
day.
